Frequently Asked Questions
YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, WE HAVE ANSWERS
Product Information
How do I know if I need orthotic insoles?
Frequent foot pain, heel pain, and burning sensation from plantar fasciitis.
Uneven wear on the soles, possible pronation or supination.
Standing, walking, or engaging in high-impact activities such as running for long periods.
Have flat feet, high arches, or diabetes.
What is the difference between PCSsole insoles and other insoles?
The basic curve of the sole is redesigned, inspired by the catenary. The insole is made of polyamide (PA) and uses advanced 3D modeling technology to precisely fit the foot's curve. It also provides arch support, heel stability, and shock absorption.

Use the PCSsole Insole Finder to answer a few simple questions about your feet, your footwear, and your activities and we'll recommend the best PCSsole insole for you.
I have flat feet, which insole is right for me?
PCSsole insoles are uniquely designed to fit the flat insole of your shoe, contouring to the foot for comfort for both your shoe and you!
When choosing insoles, start with your activity and type of footwear (e.g. PCSsole Work Comfort Cushion for standing for long periods of time at work, PCSsole Running Flexible Performance for running, etc.).
For everyday non-athletic situations, if you've been diagnosed with flat feet or feel that your feet are flat, we offer flexible, adaptable arch support insoles that can help relieve foot pain:
How do PCSsole insoles help high and low arches?
Nylon arch support shell and high-density PU foam provide flexible support, while polyurethane cushioning (heel and metatarsal area) absorbs shock and reduces pain and pressure on the foot caused by high arches.
EVA foam primary/secondary body combined with arch support design enhances stability, corrects gait, and relieves plantar fasciitis and foot fatigue.
PCSsole insoles become ideal for both high and low arch patients.
Can PCSsole insoles help relieve plantar fasciitis?
The answer is yes. Putting PCSsole insoles on the bottom of your feet will take the pressure off the plantar fascia and allow you to heal as quickly as possible. The deep, structured heel cup of our insoles wraps around the soft tissue of the heel, providing extra protection from hard surfaces. Try our PCSsole Universal Arch Support first.
SIZING
Do I need to trim the insole to fit my shoe?
Normally, full-length PCSsole insoles are true to size and fit your shoes. But if your insoles are too long:
- Trim them with household scissors.
- Leave a 1-2 mm gap between the insole and the end of the shoe.
Note: PCSsole ¾ length insoles should not be trimmed.
How do I choose my size?
Select the size that corresponds to your usual shoe size in this chart:
Click here to view the PCSsole sizing chart.
We recommend that you purchase insoles in the same size as your shoe size.
If you are on the edge of sizing (i.e. between two sizes) and are not sure which size to choose, remember that it is most important that your heel fits perfectly in the heel cup of the insole - it should be “inside” the heel cup, not “on” it.
But if you have any questions or concerns about ordering your size, feel free to contact service@pcssole.com.
